Dalits and Ambedkar. There was news in the newspaper that Narendra Modi said that Dalits are mentally weak and Baba saheb was never a revolutionary leader. I do not know whether he said it or not but I would certainly like to say so. Even after 63 years of independence if they claim reservation on caste basis and concession in marks in competitive examinations and general examination then certainly they are mentally weak. For judicial services a general class candidate getting 75 percent marks is not admitted to services but a dalit is admitted to services on 23 percent marks. In medical colleges they are admitted even they get less than 0.5 percent marks or they cut a blank. Even then they get scalar ship! Are not they great scalars? General class students get no admission even after securing 90 percent marks. Age limit is also relaxed for them.. They are entitled to out of tern promotion after every 5 years though in fact they are most incompetent servants in their departments. There are circulars that these persons should be given special treatment in government jobs and should not be harassed. If they commit mistakes they should not be treated like general class employees and should be made to understand how to work. Public places, hospitals and other areas where they are employed they do not work and keep away from duties also and if scolded they make false complaints against the officers concerned under the prevention of atrocities to SC –ST Act. I know a case where one dalit insisted that his work should be done in particular manner otherwise he will torn the photo of Babasaheb and will make complaint of insulting him on basis of caste. As if caste has become shield for dalits to blackmail general class people. The offences are made non-bailable. Thus dalits blackmails the general class people. There are circulars that the police shall register cases if report is made by dalits. It is immaterial whether it is true or false. Is this wise act of the government?
I know several couples where both are class I officers drawing more than one lac of rupees per month and have all facilities more than what a person from general class might have but even then the couples claims to be dalit and also gets benefits of that class. As against this the peons of general class working under them may be getting hardly one lac of rupees per year but do not get any benefit. If such is the affair such benefits and their behavior reflects that they are really mentally weak. Otherwise there would be no need to extend such benefits to them. If even after 63 years if they could not change their culture, character and behavior in the society certainly they are so.
Politicians say that Ambedkar was a great lawyer and revolutionary. Very much doubt can be attributed to him and the politicians too. It is said that he was the creator of the Indian Constitution. In fact the constitution is most bogus document of India that has divided the nation on caste, religion and region basis. Within 60 years of time the constitution was amended for more than 110 times. People should think over it. There was no foresight ness in him. Lord McCauley during his regime in about 1832 framed several laws for India and those laws are in fact really asset for the nation and because of him there the rule of law in the nation was established. The laws framed during his regime are yet relevant without any amendment in those laws. Otherwise because of Moughal reign Hindus had lost their identity in a nation where the majority people were Hindus. We have kept the subject of Babari Masjid alive to appease Muslims. The present constitution is just a cut and paste constitution prepared by adopting different provisions from different nations’ constitutions but did not keep in mind the requirements and needs of the nation. The history repeats and the in the present regime Ambedkar himself by making provisions relating to SC-ST and Minority classes repeated the history by divided the nation and all political thieves are holding power by usurping powers for last 63 years. The so-called dalits and so-called minorities have exploited the nation along with the politicians. Un fortunately the judiciary did not take care of all these facts and situations and after 63 years of the independence it is saying that reservation to Muslims is in accordance with the constitution. How long Muslims will be appeased? If game of appeasement is played with Muslim after few years say hardly 25 years the nation would become a Muslim nation and one will not find Hindus in the nation as we do not find Hindus in Pakistan.
